About the Role
The Company is seeking a Global Managing Director for Growth, a pivotal executive role responsible for driving enterprise revenue development and growth across its global entities. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading the execution of the company's growth and capture strategy, ensuring disciplined and predictable pipeline conversion, win rates, and revenue performance. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in revenue growth, capture strategy, and contract execution, particularly in the public sector procurement space. The Global Managing Director will be accountable for turning strategic opportunities into executable pursuits, leading a team to meet commercial targets, and fostering a culture of disciplined execution and results ownership. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of experience in a related field, with a Bachelor's degree required and an MBA or advanced degree preferred. The role requires a leader with deep expertise in public sector procurement, strong executive presence, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven, disciplined operator with a history of establishing and maintaining high-performance standards. Key responsibilities include setting and owning enterprise growth targets, defining pipeline health standards, and leading a consistent development/capture/win rhythm. The Global Managing Director will also be responsible for client growth, account expansion, and ensuring that the company's operations, estimating, and finance teams are aligned to deliver executable wins.
