In this role, you will oversee building infrastructure, manage contractors, ensure regulatory compliance, and build a proactive maintenance culture focused on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. You will partner closely with Production, Quality, EHS, and Engineering to ensure uninterrupted and safe facility operations.**What You’ll Do*** Lead preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance for facility infrastructure.* Oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and security systems.* Lead and develop a high-performing maintenance team, including technicians and supervisors.* Drive preventive maintenance programs to reduce unplanned downtime.* Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable safety and environmental regulations.* Maintain LOTO procedures, SOPs, JSAs, and facility safety programs.* Manage external contractors, service providers, and vendor relationships.* Own maintenance budgets, spare parts management, and capital/outage planning.* Respond to facility emergencies and support safe, continuous plant operations.* Support root cause analysis, continuous improvement, and reliability initiatives.**What We’re Looking For*** High school diploma or GED with 8–10+ years of facility or industrial maintenance experience, including 2+ years of leadership experience, **or*** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of maintenance experience and 2+ years of leadership experience.* Strong background in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building safety systems.* Experience with CMMS systems, preventive maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.* Working knowledge of OSHA/EPA regulations and electrical/machine safety standards.* Proven leadership experience managing technicians or supervisors.* Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.**Why Join Us?*** Lead a critical function supporting safe and reliable manufacturing operations.* Build and scale preventive maintenance programs in a growing facility.* Partner cross-functionally to drive operational excellence and uptime.**Additional Information**Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. The Company will not sponsor or take over sponsorship of any employment visa, including without limitation, H-1B, O-1, E-3, TN status, or I-485 job portability or similar immigration processes.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and celebrate diversity, fostering an inclusive workplace where all employees thrive. #J-18808-Ljbffr
