Responsibilities:
- Conduct new patient consultations and present customized treatment plans with clarity and enthusiasm
- Educate patients and families on orthodontic treatment options, timelines, and financial arrangements
- Coordinate scheduling for records, exams, and follow-up appointments
- Manage patient accounts, insurance verification, and financial agreements
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation within practice management software
- Collaborate closely with orthodontists and clinical team to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Follow up with prospective patients to support case acceptance and practice growth
Requirements:
- Previous experience in orthodontics, dentistry, or a healthcare treatment coordinator role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to present treatment plans and financial options confidently and compassionately
- Familiarity with dental/orthodontic practice management software (Dolphin, Orthotrac, or similar)
- Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, and payment plan coordination
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
