Quality Manager

Experienced Quality Manager

We're looking for an Experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance and laboratory operations. This role is pivotal in ensuring product integrity, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, technically demanding environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead quality and lab operations across multiple facilities, including polymer testing and analysis
• Ensure finished goods meet specifications for mechanical, thermal, and chemical properties
• Oversee testing protocols such as melt flow index, tensile strength, impact resistance, and color matching
• Develop and maintain quality systems aligned with ISO and industry standards
• Manage complaint resolution and corrective actions with a focus on root cause analysis
• Provide technical support to production, sales, and customer service teams
• Conduct training on lab procedures, equipment calibration, and quality documentation
• Support internal audits and customer quality reviews
• Collaborate with site-level managers to standardize best practices across locations
• Monitor lab expenditures and ensure efficient use of testing materials and equipment
• Promote a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52.00 - $65.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
