Overview
Airline Lounges Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager at Sodexo for the American Express Centurion Lounges at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). This is a hands-on Chef role with a focus on creating a culinary-driven, upscale experience in a high-volume, travel-oriented environment. The ideal candidate will have eclectic menu knowledge and upscale to fine-dining experience, with a strong background in high-volume catering and events execution.
High volume, scratch kitchen experience from hotels or restaurants is preferred. Excellent quality of life with room to grow. Benefits available day one, with 3 weeks of paid vacation to start. Must be able to pass a TSA background check and obtain an airport badge.
