Boutique Concierge - Seasonal - Adecco

Adecco Creative and Marketing is partnering with a prestigious luxury watchmaker to find a polished and service-oriented Boutique Concierge to support its Chicago location. This seasonal opportunity is ideal for someone with a background in luxury retail, upscale hospitality, or high-end customer service who enjoys creating personalized, memorable client experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome clients and create a warm, elevated boutique experience.
• Prepare for appointments, serve refreshments, assist with gift wrapping, and maintain polished client-facing spaces.
• Manage client arrivals, appointment flow, incoming calls, and inquiries.
• Provide concierge services, including restaurant reservations, local recommendations, and personalized client requests.
• Assist with watch cleaning, sizing, strap changes, and other client service needs.
• Receive packages, replenish supplies, maintain inventory, and support daily boutique operations.
• Partner with the boutique team to ensure exceptional service and maintain security and operational standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in luxury retail, upscale hospitality, fine dining, hotels, or high-touch customer service preferred.
• Exceptionally polished, professional, and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to anticipate client needs and maintain discretion in a luxury environment.
• Microsoft Office proficiency required
• Professional business attire required, including black or navy clothing and polished dress shoes. xklufbp Sneakers are not permitted.

Position Details:

• Location: Chicago, IL
• Pay Rate: 25-27hr
• Duration: Late October 2026 through February 2027
• Schedule: Thursday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–6:00 PM CST, with the possibility of Mondays
• Hours: Approximately 24–32 hours per week
