A fast-growing firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join its growing insurance defense team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys managing cases from start to finish, developing trial skills, and working in a collaborative environment that prioritizes quality advocacy over high-volume caseloads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience preferred
• Florida Bar license in good standing required
• Civil defense litigation experience required
• Experience handling matters from inception through resolution
• Strong analytical, writing, advocacy, and case management skills

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $130,000 - $200,000 DOE
