Executive Recruiting Talent Researcher (contract)

We are looking for an Executive Recruiting Researcher for a 12 month, fully remote, contract assignment. This position plays a key role on the Executive Recruiting Team, serving as a strategic talent research and intelligence expert - and on a global scale.Pay rate range 65-75/hr depending on experience.Responsibilities:strategic sourcingacting as an SME on market trends and providing data-driven insights to help calibrate searchescandidate engagementproject managing multiple global requests. Required Qualifications:3+ years' experience as a Talent Researcher and/or Sourcer with at least 1 year focused on executive-level rolesAbility and willingness to engage talent across multiple time zones and international bordersDemonstrated ability to understand, analyze and effectively communicate data and market intelligenceHigh level of curiosity, agility and collaboration.
