About the Company

Orozco Trucking was established in 1995 and has over 25 years of experience in the trucking and logistics industry. We specialize in providing climate controlled, dry freight, less than truckload (LTL), intermodal and flatbed service throughout the lower 48 states. Orozco also provides in-house support and mechanic services for our entire fleet leading to excellent reliability and low downtime for all our trucks. We are located in the central transportation hub of America thus giving us the ability of providing capacity on short notice. Orozco proudly offers GPS tracking, dedicated 24-hour dispatchers, prompt and on time deliveries, and one of the safest fleets in the industry.

About the Job

We are looking for qualified drivers with at least 2 years of OTR Class A experience that also have no driving violations. We pay $500 plus all miles the truck drives are paid as well. We require a month of driving with the company to ensure smart and safe driving habits before we begin doing training with other drivers. After a month of proving safe driving, we will then begin having the driver train new trainees at the company for 2-week training courses. MUST HAVE CLEAN DRIVING RECORD OVER PAST 5 YEARS!

Job Summary

  • Contract Driver (1099, Solo)
  • Dry Van
  • OTR
  • $3,300 - $3,700 gross total weekly avg. pay
  • $0.98 - $0.98 CPM
  • 3,000 - 3,500 avg. miles per week
  • No Driver Load/Unload

Home Time

  • 17 - 21 expected days out
  • You can stay out longer if you want to
  • Get 4 days of home time for every 17 days worked
  • Home at least one weekend per month

Orientation Details

  • Orientation is not paid for
  • Does not cover accommodation
  • Drivers get their own room
  • No meals are included
  • Covers some or all travel expenses

Hiring Requirements

  • Class A license without any of the following restrictions: (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer or (K) Intrastate Only
  • 2 years Tractor Trailer experience
  • 2 years OTR experience
