The Role :
The Marketing Leader is a pivotal leader charged with developing and executing the marketing strategy for our small but thriving company focused on "Better for You" branded food products. This role oversees all marketing operations, drives brand awareness, and leads initiatives to support sales growth and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, passionate about health-oriented food brands, and experienced in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) sector.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate "Better for You" brand visibility and grow market share.
- Conduct market research to identify trends in health-conscious food, customer preferences, and competitive opportunities.
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels.
- Oversee social media presence, content creation, and community engagement to build brand loyalty around "Better for You" products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and promotional activities.
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and strong ROI.
- Forge partnerships with retailers, distributors, and influencers in the health and wellness sector to expand product reach.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results.
- Supervise and mentor a small marketing team, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
What You'll Need :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the food or CPG industry, ideally with health-oriented or "Better for You" products.Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies for branded products targeting health-conscious consumers.Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing best practices.Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.Creative thinker with analytical skills and attention to detail.Experience working in a small business environment is a plus.What We Offer :

Starting Salary Range : $112,000-$147,000. This includes the starting base pay rangeExact compensation will vary based on candidates' qualifications, job related knowledge and experience and specific location.Variable Pay is included in compensation package yet not part of base salary range.Benefits :
