Job Description

Our client is seeking a L&H licensed, dedicated, and proactive Employee Benefits Producer. This company offers a clear path to ownership for all Producers (stock) and their department has grown from $600k - $3.

5M in revenue from 2018 - 2023.

Qualifications

  • L&H License
  • Relevant industry certifications
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales in the insurance industry.
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold-calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.
  • Assess clients' needs, understand their business objectives, and determine appropriate employee benefit solutions.
  • Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, disability coverage, and other related benefits.
  • Develop customized benefit plans tailored to clients' requirements.
  • Stay up to datewith industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting employee benefits.
  • Analyze market data to recommend competitive benefit packages.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and consistently meeting their needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering ongoing support, guidance, and solutions.
  • Ensure clients' benefit plans comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations, including healthcare reform laws such as the Affordable Care Act (ACA).
  • Prepare and present proposals, including cost analysis and benefit comparisons, to clients.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with insurers and benefit providers on behalf of clients.
  • Assist clients with benefits administration, enrollment processes, and claims resolution.
  • Coordinate with insurance carriers and third-party administrators to streamline processes.
