What You’ll Do :
- Oversee personal tax and estate return preparation.
- Review individual income tax returns
- Review individual estate tax returns
- Delegate work to qualified team members
- Oversee our personal tax division
- Communicate and develop relationships with clients
What You’ll Bring to the Role :
- Desire to learn and grow
- Strong analytical and oral communication skills
- Capacity to self-direct and take initiative
- Experience in tax preparation
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Ability to manage and train employees
Qualifications :
- CPA Designation
- Bachelor's degree in Finance / Accounting
- Enrolled Agent with 10 years of tax experience will be considered
If hired, your start date will be the second week of November
