We are seeking a dynamic and creative Architectural Revit Designer to join our growing team. This is a permanent, full-time role perfect for a professional who is passionate about architecture, design, and sustainable building practices.

You will be responsible for creating architectural designs for various projects, primarily in the multifamily sector. Your work will include creating and modifying Revit models, producing construction drawings, and contributing to the planning and execution of sustainable design strategies.

This role is an exciting opportunity to apply your skills and creativity in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and modify architectural Revit models for various multifamily projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established design standards.
  • Produce detailed construction drawings, including plans, sections, and details, to communicate design intent and facilitate construction.
  • Participate in project planning and design meetings, contributing creative and practical design solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop sustainable design strategies, with a focus on achieving LEED certification.
  • Coordinate with other design professionals, including engineers and consultants, to ensure integrated and comprehensive design solutions.
  • Conduct design reviews and quality control checks to ensure compliance with design standards, building codes, and client requirements.
  • Utilize Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to optimize design efficiency and facilitate project coordination.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advancements in architectural design and Revit technology.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on multifamily projects.
  • Proficient in Revit and other BIM software, with a strong understanding of architectural modeling techniques.
  • Experience in producing construction drawings, including plans, sections, and details.
  • Knowledge of sustainable design strategies and LEED certification process.
  • Familiarity with wood construction techniques and principles.
  • Strong design skills, with the ability to develop creative and practical design solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of building codes and industry design standards.
  • Commitment to professional growth and continuous learning in architectural design and Revit technology.
