About the Role :

In this on-site position, you will work at a TurboTax location, assisting customers both in-person and virtually using Intuit TurboTax products. Your tax expertise will enable you to provide comprehensive tax return preparation, advice, calculations, and product support. Understanding each customer's unique situation and building personal connections with them are critical to easing the stress of tax season. Whether handling simple tax filings or more complex scenarios, you will be their trusted expert.

Additionally, you will be instrumental in expanding TurboTax's presence in your local community by building lasting relationships and driving customer loyalty. TurboTax will provide a detailed playbook, essential resources, and dedicated support to ensure your success.

What You'll Do :

• Provide Tax Expertise : Offer hands-on tax advice and complete services for clients, tackling a range of tax situations from personal income to business income. Conduct discovery sessions to identify deductions and provide future planning advice using various professional resources.
• Be a Community Ambassador : Adopt an ambassador mindset to grow TurboTax's customer base. Engage with prospects, nurture leads, and organize local events to strengthen community ties.
• Educate and Communicate : Represent TurboTax enthusiastically in your community, hosting events and creating approachable tax resources to demystify tax processes.
• Build Relationships : Connect with clients by understanding their financial concerns, establishing trust, and transforming one-time interactions into long-term relationships.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Experience : Ensure a premium customer experience, showcasing professionalism while assisting clients in achieving their financial goals through various communication channels.
