Zero-Max is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative. Critical to our success, the Customer Service Representative at Zero-Max will
Serve as primary contact with customers in a business-to-business sales environmentCommunicate with customers regarding price, delivery, requests for product information, and quotationsEstimate date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of company's production and delivery schedulesProcess and acknowledge customer purchase orders in ERP systemProactively communicate order status updates with customersEnsure timely handling of expedited orders through effective coordination with production and shippingPrepare export paperwork for international shipmentsUphold company standards for document retention, recordkeeping, and data integrityInvestigate and resolve customer related issues using Case & RMA processProcess invoices and credit memos for returned products and work with accounting on corresponding debit memosPromote products and professional image of Zero-MaxAlert management of unusual or extraordinary account requests or activityLive the Zero-Max Core Values including providing best in class service, holding themselves accountable, and doing the right thingRequirements :
Education and / or Experience
Experience in a manufacturer's customer service environment, especially telephone communication and email with customers and potential accounts, is preferred3-5 years of customer service experience, preferredERP and CRM experience : Epicor ERP experience preferredInternational experience in exporting is strongly preferredOther Skills and Abilities
Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction and strong work ethicSelf-starter with little direction required who can see the big picture and reason through problems to find solutionsAbility to convey information effectively across departments and with external partnersHave a good understanding of Microsoft Office softwareThe ability to handle sales-related phone callsProficient with data entry of ordersStrong organization skills with attention to detail and accuracyDemonstrate the principle that customer service is top priorityMechanical aptitude is an assetReliable member of the team, showing consistent attendance and punctualityAbility to work well with others in a small team environmentAbility to work well under pressureAbility to handle several tasks concurrentlyAbility to read and interpret documents such as product catalogs, shipping terminology, parts drawings, operation and maintenance instructionsPhysical Demands
