Hiring a Chief Operations Officer responsible for supervising and leading overall Operations that include : Pre-construction and Estimating, Cleared Services, General Construction, and other groups to be added in the future.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related industry degree. MBA or Master's in a related field
- 5+ years experience in executive leadership roles
- Preferred experience with Data Centers
- Preferred experience with the MEP Trades
- Experience with General Construction to include base-building
