Junior Accountant (CR-DC-VA)
Job Description
Crown is seeking a Jr. Accountant who will be responsible for processing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. The candidate will have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented.
Responsibilities
- Input, maintain and pay vendor invoices
- Verify approved employee expense vouchers and pay
- Check for monthly recurring vendor invoices - Review and maintain Accounts Payable Aging
- Process and prepare all monthly client invoices
- Reconcile and tracking A / R
- Prepare 9 and other annual reporting requirements
- General Ledger reconciliation and journal entry preparation
- Other duties as assigned
The successful candidate for this position will work at our HQ office in Arlington, VA conveniently located across the river from Washington DC.

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- 2-4 years of experience in accounting
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work well with others
- Strong organizational skills and key attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft (MS) Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- UNANET accounting system and ADP payroll experience a plus
