Production Trainee, Hustle Stats
Position Summary :
The Production Trainee, Hustle Stats, will work closely with the Basketball Strategy and Analytics and the Basketball Operations Departments by watching games in real-time and flagging operational situations for review by Basketball Operations and Referee Operations officials.
The position may also perform other video and content-related work, as directed.
Major Responsibilities :
- Monitor live games and report all Basketball Operations incidents in real-time
- Identify and tag hustle stats during live games for publication and team distribution
Required Skills / Knowledge :
- Superior level of basketball knowledge
- Strong computer and technical skills
- Excellent communication skills and active listening skills
- Precise and detail-oriented approach to all tasks
- Experience playing, coaching, and / or officiating basketball
- Basketball video analysis
- Must display a passion for the game of basketball
- Advanced spreadsheet experience (Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets) is a plus
Education :
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Salary Range : $21.77 / hr
