This is an excellent opportunity for a currently successful and experienced manager that deserves an operating partner position.
Job Responsibilities
The partner oversees customer service, bar and kitchen operations to ensure Dog Haus exceeds guest expectations. Winning repeat guests over and growing sales through local store marketing and outstanding experiences will be key goal.
Required skills :
- Manages food safety cleanliness guidelines.
- Sets the pace, working quickly and efficiently, side by side with the team.
- Effective communicator, cascading information to all levels of store staff.
- Supervises training for all store team members.
- Actively participates in hiring and recruiting through various channels, including digital.
- Works with the team to prepare the store to be guest-ready by opening, and / or closing.
- Motivates team members through positive encouragement, embracing the company culture.
- Able to lead shifts, while driving sales, reducing waste, and upholding Dog Haus quality standards.
- Oversees shift labor to ensure proper staff utilization, employee breaks and general labor efficiency during the shift.
- Guarantees that all cash handling, reconciliation, and credit card procedures are followed.
- Basic computer & Microsoft Office
- Inventory and order management
Preferred skills :
- Understanding of 3rd party delivery provider systems
- Local area marketing and social media promotions
- Comfortable with computers / smart technology and 3rd party applications
- Opening new restaurants
- Bar management and / or craft beer knowledge
Hours may vary, but ability to work nights and weekends is required as our busiest times are nights and weekends. Average work week includes 50 hours over 5 days, or more if necessary, on occasion.
