Key Responsibilities :

The Accounts Receivable Associate will manage invoicing, collections, and payment tracking.

Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances.

Resolve billing discrepancies and respond to client inquiries.

Assist with month-end close and reporting.

Maintain accurate records and documentation as an Accounts Receivable Associate.

Qualifications :

1-2 years of experience as an Accounts Receivable Associate or in a billing role.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
