Responsibilities
- Educate and advise clients on the insurance policies that best suit their needs
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Treat each customer contact as a cross and up-sell opportunity, shop renewals, handle their objections, and schedule appointments.
- Process policy change requests, take premium payments, and update customer information.
- Issuing Insurance Documentation (COI, ID cards, etc.)
Requirement
Must have or be willing to obtain a Florida Resident Customer Representative License (4-40).
Licensing assistance is available for the right person. Willing to train!
- Prior insurance experience BONUS
- Proficient typing skills
- Ability to prioritize, multitask, problem solve, and be detail-oriented.
- Works well with other employees and is a team player with a positive attitude.
