A company is looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator to support internal partners and external customers remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Provide information to clients and ensure customer expectations are met
Organize workload to meet deadlines and assist with customer onboarding processes
Review and process correspondence and maintain records related to customer accounts and services
Required Qualifications and Education
1-2 years of experience in an office environment preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required; BA or equivalent preferred
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office and web-based applications
Ability to learn specialized software programs and navigate company databases
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
