A company is looking for a Customer Services Manager to lead and manage the daily operations of the post-sale customer service team.
Key Responsibilities
Fulfill maintenance contracts and provide Tier 2 / 3 technical support for public safety and private wireless networks
Define best practices, track KPIs, and ensure communication and service standards are met
Mentor the team in a high-pressure, detail-oriented environment
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a 24 / 7 / 365 telecommunications environment
Bachelor's degree required
Managerial experience preferred
Experience in telecommunications and IT networking is preferred
Project management experience is a plus
