Software Sales Executive

You must be a citizen of the United States, have your green card or long term visa to apply to this position. Living in and around Northern and Central California is optimal, however you can live in any major city in the US. You will be working remotely and coming to Chico, CA offices when it makes sense.

What is VETTX?

VETTX is an industry leading software platform to help auto dealerships drive inventory and sales from the private party or direct from consumer market. The opportunity in this space right now is HUGE. Auto Dealerships are dealing with the large problem of getting inventory because of the Pandemic and VETTX solves this problem for the auto dealerships.

Here's how the software platform works

VETTX helps car dealerships acquire a steady stream of used car inventory without going to auctions or chasing down for-sale-by-owner leads.

  • We search the for-sale-by-owner market - Our software will pull qualified private seller listings in your local market based on what you're looking for. We will pull our leads from all the major sources and compile them into one easy to use software.
  • Our team does all the homework for you - Our team will book out every vehicle using industry standard tools that makes sense in your market and run a Carfax and Autocheck on every vehicle we can. They will also pull every phone number and email that is available in each vehicle ad.
  • All you have to do is work the deal - If the vehicle is a good match, our platform will keep your team organized and focused on the low hanging fruit in your market. Saving time and overall making your team more effective buying from the for-sale-by-owner market.

Job Description

If you don't have software, technology, SaaS, hi-tech or information technology services sales experience, please don't apply to this job. We're looking for a results-driven, experienced, Software as a Service (SaaS) Sales Executives to engage directly with Automobile Dealership targets, prospects and customers.

As of 2021 there are 17,726 Automobile Dealerships in the United States. Everyone of these dealers is a target, but there are roughly 1,500 - 3,000 dealers that are in the sweet spot for VETTX.

We're looking for two types of SaaS Sales Executives :

  • Experienced SaaS Sales Development Reps (SDRs) that are in this role now and ready to make the jump to regular sales. ($75K - 100K Base)
  • Experienced SaaS Sales Executives ($100-125K Base)

    Responsibilities

  • Present, promote and sell products / services using existing lead generation and sales playbook to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory / market's potential, track sales, and status reports.
  • Supply management reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.
  • Qualifications

    You must be a passionate, entrepreneurial, intelligent, organized and driven individual.

    You must have SaaS, software, technology, hi-tech or information technology services sales experience (SaaS and software is optimal).

    As we stated above, we're looking for two types of experienced SaaS Sales Executives :

  • 1-5+ year experienced SaaS Sales Development Reps with (SDRs) that are in this role now and ready to make the jump to regular sales. ($75K - 100K Base)
  • 2-10+ year Experienced SaaS Sales Executives ($100-125K Base)
  • Other Qualifications

  • Excellent CRM best practices knowledge
  • Excellent ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Excellent prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
