Preferred Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred

Prior experience in a classroom, childcare, or tutoring setting

Strong communication, organization, and observation skills

Patience and flexibility in working with various learning styles

Responsibilities Include :

Support classroom instruction under teacher direction

Reinforce lessons and assist with individualized learning tasks

Supervise students during instructional and non-instructional activities

Assist in implementing behavior support strategies
