Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

Experience working with children or in educational settings

Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities

Ability to follow instructional guidance and maintain confidentiality

Experience supporting students with special needs is a plus

Responsibilities :

Provide instructional and behavioral support under teacher supervision

Assist individual students or small groups with assignments and activities

Reinforce learning concepts and classroom routines

Monitor student behavior and implement support strategies

Help prepare instructional materials and maintain an organized classroom environment

Support student safety during classroom transitions and activities
