Branch Manager
Job Summary
Responsible for the direction and control of the company’s daily operations for the branch
Responsibilities
Responsible for managing all branch employees in all aspects of branch operations
Responsible for achieving budgeted sales and EBITDA targets
Overall responsibility for employee staffing levels and hiring / termination decisions
The lead person responsible for the growth of branch business as well as identifying new areas of potential business
Responsible for ensuring that all branch employees follow company policy
Expected to represent the company at industry functions, engage in marketing activities with existing and potential customers
Work closely with executives to ensure branch goals are in strategic alignment with corporate goals
Responsible for personnel and department corrective action plans and discipline
Requirements
5+ years of managerial experience in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Chemical industries required
Hands-on experience in inspection and / or laboratory work is strongly preferred
Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required
