- With minimal supervision assist Resident Engineer in overseeing contractor's work and ensure work is being performed as per contract specifications and approved shop drawings-Ensure quality and adherence to applicable architectural standards and specifications with emphasis on quality and safety-Assist with field inspections, evaluating change order proposals, reviewing contractor submittals and preparing reports as instructed-Support program area in any project management activity assigned-Prepare updated drawings and participate in field surveys and construction inspections, as required-Perform other duties as assigned-Bachelor's degree in Architecture-Must be a licensed RA-OSHA 30-5 years of experience in the practice of Architecture-Ability to develop and review CAD drawings-Knowledge of architecture codes and standards-Working knowledge of MS Word, Access and Excel , color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or protected Veteran status
