Job description

Insight Global is seeking a Client Support Specialist to support a Financial Client ! This opportunity is based out of Phoenix, AZ or Salt Lake City, UT, and will be on site 1x a week . Additionally, this opportunity offers quick interviews, competitive rates (ranging from $22-$25 / hr. based off of years of experience) This role is also a 6 month contract to potiential hire.

Must Haves :

  • 1+ years of customer service experience in a financial institution
  • Experience taking around 20+ inbound calls a day and helping clients find solutions
  • Experience writing tickets and solving them
  • Must understand chatbots and email chains to help source a strong line of communication

Job Description :

  • Insight Global is seeking a customer service-oriented professional that has experience from a financial institution where the candidate has worked to solve problems within emails, phone calls, and chatbots.
