What You'll Do : As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you'll be responsible for managing and finalizing a variety of mortgage transactions across multiple states, including :

• Conventional, FHA, VA, refinance, and second mortgage closings
• Ensuring compliance with TRID
• , federal / state regulations, and company policies
• Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to meet closing deadlines
• Handling sensitive documentation with professionalism and integrity

What You Bring :

• 3-5 years of mortgage closing experience

• Deep understanding of TRID and mortgage regulations

• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00 / yr.
