Talent Acquisition Specialist - Hybrid (Downtown Fort Lauderdale)

The Ritz Carlton Yacht Collection is seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic HR team at the Ritz-Carlton Yacht Collection, where excellence is not just a goal, but a standard.

In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to manage the end-to-end talent acquisition process , globally source exceptional candidates and guiding them through a seamless onboarding experience. Key Responsibilities :

• Full-Cycle Talent Acquisition :

Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Utilize a variety of platforms, including ATS (Applicant Tracking System), LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to attract and engage qualified candidates.

Conduct intake meetings with business leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and business goals, ensuring alignment between recruitment strategies and organizational objectives.

Evaluate resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.

Partner effectively with hiring managers and teams to promote an understanding of the recruitment process and provide updates on candidate pipelines.

Implement creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive candidates, continually seeking out new methods to enhance the recruitment process.

Foster a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring process and providing timely feedback.

Track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring effectiveness, identify trends, and report on progress to HR leadership.
