A company is looking for a Vice President of Access Services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow Access Services, focusing on sign language and captioning
Drive business development efforts and maintain relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
Manage a network of independent interpreting contractors and ensure operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
10-15 years of leadership experience in interpreting or accessibility services, with 5 years in a senior role
5-10 years of business development experience with a record of driving service growth
Demonstrated expertise in managing interpreting agencies and understanding VRI and captioning technologies
Ability to communicate in American Sign Language (Required)
