Full-time OPS Government Analyst I Position

Salary : $19.50 / hour

Your Specific Responsibilities :

  • Provides customer assistance to internal and external stakeholders by either providing responses to program related inquires using an approved call script, routing calls to appropriate vendor, division, office, and / or agency.
  • Provides customer assistance to internal and external stakeholders by providing responses to program related inquires using an approved email templates to address electronic and written communications.
  • Provide technical assistance to ensure applications and documentation are processed accordingly, includes assisting with clearing application / documentation issues, troubleshooting the application module, and completing application / documentation reviews as needed.
  • Provides complete, accurate, and professional service to all persons who inquire or ask for assistance in a courteous and respectful manner.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :

    Proficient computer skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar; communicating effectively with others in writing; listening to what other people are saying and asking questions as appropriate; talking to others to effectively convey information; understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents; knowledge of laws, legal codes, court procedures and government rules & regulations; knowledge of office procedures and practices; ability to prepare correspondence and administrative reports; ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments; entering, transcribing, recording, storing, or maintaining information in either written form or electronically.

    Qualifications : Minimum :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; AND
  • Must have a valid Florida State driver's license, satisfactorily complete a background investigation, fingerprinting, and participation in direct deposit are requirements for employment.
  • Preferred :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; AND
  • 1 years or more of professional experience to include answering phones, preparing reports, creating correspondence, researching, and gathering data.
  • 1 year or more of professional experience reviewing documentation to ensure it meets required standards.
  • Must have a valid Florida State driver's license, satisfactorily complete a background investigation, fingerprinting, and participation in direct deposit are requirements for employment.
