Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES :

PAY STARTING $72,000 - $78,000 ANNUALLY

The Delivery Advocate will be responsible for servicing our Hospital customers as well as learning and filling in for our shuttle to and from our Indianapolis location.

Essential job responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following :

• Load and unload carts during delivery and pick up
• Comply with company safety policies and guidelines relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles and overall safe work practices
• Work closely with Plant Manager, Production Supervisors, District Service Managers and Branch Manager to ensure product needs are met
• Unload clean and reload soiled linens onto the truck
• Decontaminate truck
• Drive 26ft box truck or semi truck

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must have at least two years of truck driving experience
• Must possess a valid Driver's License (Class A CDL) and clean driving record.
• Must be able to drive a commercial motor vehicle for up to 10 hours on a daily basis.
• Must be fully vacinated with Covid 19.
• Able to work weekends & flexible
• Must successfully pass background, drug & physical test
• Able to push, pull carts that weigh anywhere between 300lbs and 600lbs
• Candidate must possess a high energy attitude with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
