The Ridge Foothill is offering a $250 sign-on bonus to certified nursing assistants / CNA / caregivers who come join our Care Team! We have full-time, part-time 6am-2pm and 2pm - 10pm positions available in our Memory Support Neighborhood.

Responsibilities of a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver at The Ridge Foothill -
- Provide resident-centered personal care.
- Assist residents in transferring, repositioning and walking.
- Deliver a positive dining experience.
- Document resident care and behavior.
Qualification for a Certified Nursing Assistant / CNA / Caregiver at The Ridge Foothill -
- Possess a valid CNA certification.
- Dedication to and passion to serve seniors with 5-star customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, the flexibility to perform various duties in service to the residents.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Willingness to come to work when scheduled and on time.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
