This role combines both science and art. Help our organization make quality decisions based upon relevant and factual data, create visuals to easily depict the current state of the business on dashboards and help create the story the data is telling us.
Responsibilities :
Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources.
Ensuring data is quality checked.
Developing reports to highlight key metrics and trends.
Creating data visualization tools to help users understand complex data.
Gathering feedback from stakeholders to improve reporting processes.
Creating and maintaining databases with relevant information.
Training employees to use these databases.
Analyzing data to determine its relevancy to teammates.
Preparing reports of their findings to help teammates make informed decisions.
Presenting their findings to teammates and offering advice based on their results.
Communicate with project team members and external customers and / or vendors to ensure that critical information is shared in a timely manner
Assist in business change management and continuous improvement activities.
Assist in creating the story the data is telling us.
Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required :
Bachelor’s degree required; BS / BA in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or business-related discipline.
3-8 years of experience in data reporting, dashboards & hands on experience over CRM tools
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products
Expert knowledge and experience working with data in SQL, PowerBI, Smartsheets, Tableau and Excel.
Ability to work independently, with limited required direction and guidance.
