Trainee Product Manager

We're looking for a Product Trainee to join our tight-knit team at ! Founded in 2010, 3Advance develops cloud applications and native mobile apps for startups.

This is a six-month trainee position where you will work under the guidance of our Senior Product Manager. We want to mold the next generation of Product Managers, providing the skills, experience, and expertise needed to guide a startup from zero to one.
We are looking for someone interested in launching their career with 3Advance, and hopefully being a vital team member for a long time.
We want you to thrive and we will reward your progress, with the goal of offering you a full-time position upon completion of the program.

This program may be suitable for the following personas :
- Project Manager hoping to break into product and / or tech.
- Bootcamp or Recent College Grad hoping to gain real-world experience.
- Career change coming from another industry with transferrable skills.
What you'll get from this program :

- Full agile software developer life-cycle experience of MVPs and beyond.
- Experience working with tech startups in the development of MVPs.
- Opportunity for full-time employment in a Product Management role.
Your focus will be split between the following tasks :
- Support Senior Product Managers on Client Projects.
- Task management and story creation in external / internal startup projects.
- Product School Enrollment and Certification (fully paid by 3Advance).
Compensation : $3,500 / month for six months
