People Analytics Specialist LongTermContract 3 days Hybrid (Santa Clara CA)
We are looking to hire a People Analytics Specialist for our BayAreabased client. You will be working extensively on SQL and Tableau .
We prefer the person to be based in theBay Area. You will work 3 days onsite at the client location (SantaClara).
Requiredskills :
Bachelors Degree in IT / Engineering.
5 years ofrelevant work experience.
Strong experiencein SQL is required including writing complexqueries subqueries etc.
Proficiency in buildingvisualization using Tableau isrequired .
Good experienceworking with Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently and with businessstakeholders.
Prior experience in creatingTableau dashboards related to HR / PeopleAnalytics .
Knowledge of HRMS (HumanResource Management System) ATS (Applicant Tracking System) LMS(Learning Management System)
or other HRrelatedsoftware to extract and analyze the relevant data.
Understanding of predictive modeling techniques toforecast employee turnover or workforce planninginitiatives.
Prior experience in creatingtables and views within Snowflake is a majorplus.
Excellent communication skills (verbaland written).
Strong team player andresultsdriven.
Gogetter attitude.

ManageDatabases (including creating new Tables Views and Functions asrequired)
