Position : Assistant General Manager, Operations
Location : Elite Sports Club - Mequon
Schedule :
Full-time, with flexibility to accommodate operational needs.
This is a 45+ hours opportunity, with flexibility in nights and weekends being mandatory.
Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept :
Operational Excellence :
Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple departments, including Front Desk, Hospitality and Housekeeping, Fitness, and Membership Services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Team Leadership :
Lead and motivate line-level team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback to foster a positive and high-performing work environment.
Customer Service :
Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service and member experiences, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Performance Management :
Monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize performance and drive results.
Financial Management :
Assist in budget planning and management, controlling costs, and maximizing revenue opportunities to achieve financial goals and targets.
Collaboration :
Collaborate with other department managers and leadership team members to align operational strategies with overall organizational goals and objectives.
Facility Maintenance :
Oversee facility maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for members and staff.
