The Guest Service Representative is responsible for all duties surrounding the Front Desk

• Checking in / out guests
• Monitoring front desk phone center
• Revising in-house reservations
• Cashiering functions
• Resolving guest issues within limits of authority
• Coordinating guest wishes with concierge
• Adhering to Wynn Standards / Core Vales and all policies and procedures
