Desktop Support

Provide Tier 2 technical support for field-based workstations and devices in field office settings. Collaborate across teams to resolve issues, improve user experience, and maintain compliance with IT standards.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware / software issues for desktops, laptops, tablets, and field devices.
• Handle imaging, setup, and maintenance of user workstations and peripherals.
• Escalate complex problems and coordinate on-site support when needed.
• Maintain asset tracking accuracy and enforce IT asset management policies.
• Support 24 / 7 systems with occasional off-hours availability.
• Additional Duties :
• Assist with backups, antivirus, patching, access controls, voice systems, AV setups, and database support.
• May work in industrial or field office settings; experience with automation systems and engineering tools is a plus.
• Technical Skills :
• Proficient in Windows 10 / 11, Office 365, Teams, VPN, Citrix, and iOS devices.
• Strong troubleshooting in Outlook, networking, and video conferencing.
• Experience with LAN printers and phone systems.
• Soft Skills :
• Customer-focused, results-driven, strong communicator, team-oriented, and able to manage priorities effectively.
• Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / hr.
