We are seeking a friendly, outgoing, and determined team player to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member and help us launch a new customer service campaign. We partner with top telecommunication companies to increase brand awareness, promote products, provide customer service, and close sales for our clientele. As the Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for building long-lasting rapport with existing and new customers while promoting our client’s services available to consumers in the local area.
Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities :
Communicate with consumers one-on-one in a setting
Educate homeowners on our Home Improvement client’s available services and provide pricing information
Build genuine relationships with customers to encourage long-lasting customer retention and potential for referral opportunities
Complete the enrollment process for qualified individuals
Recommend services that best suit the customer’s needs
Participate in daily training sessions and meeting
Provide end of the day feedback to the management team regarding production, inventory, and the assigned territory
