Special Education Teacher - Ohio

GPAC is partnering with several highly-regarded PK-8th school’s in Ohio to identify their next Special Education (SPED) Teacher.

This school is seeking a candidate for this full time position who is

Position Summary The SPED Teacher will provide a learning experience that is culturally relevant, challenging and fun. Candidates should be driven to prepare children for the future by helping them build confidence and a strong sense of self-worth.

This is a flexible, resource teacher position with case manager duties aligning with the expertise and experience of the candidate (e.

g. grade level, disability category, etc.). This position is one member of a 6 person SPED Teacher team. What makes the school unique

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• LICENSURE :
• Option 1 : Current Ohio teaching license in content area / grade levels (preferred)
• Option 2 : Equivalent knowledge / experience and willingness to obtain licensure
