We're looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1–2 years of ABA recruiting experience to play a key role in growing a mission-focused organization-all from the comfort of your California home.

What You'll Do

As an ABH Recruiter, you'll be a trusted ambassador of our brand-connecting talented professionals with opportunities that make a difference. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to hiring and onboarding.

Key Responsibilities :

Own the full-cycle recruitment process , ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.

Source and attract top ABA talent , leveraging job boards, referrals, social media, and creative sourcing strategies.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruiting efforts accordingly.

Promote and practice inclusive hiring strategies to support a diverse workforce.

Track KPIs such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and 90-day retention .

Consistently hit monthly goals of recruiting and onboarding 25–30 new hires .

What You Bring

1–2 years of ABA or healthcare recruiting experience (required).

Strong foundation in sourcing, candidate engagement, and job ad writing.

Customer service mindset and excellent interpersonal communication.

Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Google Suite is a plus.

High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus!
