Position Summary : Manager, Project Management, Replenishment. Relocation required to Bentonville, AR. Key responsibilities include developing innovative strategies, leading strategic item file projects, ensuring alignment of solutions, assuming Senior Project Manager responsibilities, coordinating and overseeing job-related activities, providing supervision and development opportunities for associates, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

What We're Looking For : Proven experience in item file management, project management, or related fields. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and drive process improvements. Experience working with cross-functional teams and executive leadership.
