About the Role
The Company is in search of an exceptional Remote Executive Business Partner to serve as the primary operating partner and coordination hub for the Founder / CEO. This demanding role is suited for a self-starter who can multitask, prioritize effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the CEO's priorities, calendar, and workflows, as well as preparing for and following up on key meetings. They will also be tasked with drafting and refining communications, maintaining alignment across teams, and leading end-to-end recruiting coordination. The role requires the ability to identify operational friction points and implement process improvements, as well as the capacity to partner with the CEO on strategic projects and new initiative launches. Applicants for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and at least 5 years' experience in similar high-level positions. Experience in supporting founders or senior executives in fast-paced, high-growth environments is essential, as is a proven track record of managing complex projects to completion. The role demands exceptional organizational, prioritization, and project management skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication with strong synthesis and editing abilities. High integrity, discretion, and sound judgment are crucial, particularly when dealing with sensitive information. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, and Asana (or similar) is required, and comfort with AI tools and modern systems to enhance operational efficiency is a plus.
