Salary : $30,000 - $32,000 base salary plus commission. You will step into an annual total compensation of $70,000 with current sales in the territory.

Potential bonus and commission earnings can exceed $100,000. Uncapped commission.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. This role involves taking over our Central Territory, which includes Philadelphia, Montgomery County, Bucks County, Chester County, and Delaware County.

This territory is already well-established, and your primary mission will be to elevate our presence and market share in these regions.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and customer service, and ready to contribute to the company’s continued growth and success.

Although this is an on-the-road sales job, you will be home every night.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Drive sales growth in the assigned territory through active engagement and strategic planning.
  • Regularly visit clients and potential clients within the territory to understand their needs and propose effective solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets, with a focus on profitable growth within your territory.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients within your territory, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Benefits :

  • Salary base of $30,000 and a commission structure that allows for earnings over $100,000. Uncapped commission.

Qualifications :

  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on growth.
  • Strong knowledge of the markets covered within our Central Territory, including key industries and economic trends.
  • Ability to capture, track and proactively manage our CRM to allow for a highly effective experience both for the client and company needs.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to inspire trust and foster long-term relationships.
  • Willingness to learn about the hardwood flooring industry and the products we sell.
  • Knowledge of the local market and hardwood flooring industry is a plus, but not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.
