Your New Role : The

Lead, Product Manager – AI Solutions

will play a critical role in the Enterprise Service Management Office (ESMO), driving the success and evolution of AI-powered capabilities within the ServiceNow platform. Based in Atlanta and reporting to the

Manager of Product Management , this role will be part of a collaborative team of product managers focused on delivering intelligent, scalable, and user-centric solutions across the enterprise.

This role will define and execute product visions and roadmaps for AI-related features on the ESM platform, including

Now Assist, Now Assist Skills, AI Agents, agentic workflows , and

predictive intelligence . The Lead Product Manager will work closely with business stakeholders to understand specific needs, shape user stories, and ensure that AI solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value.

As a key liaison between Enterprise Service Management Engineering (ESME), Platform Engineering, and the broader business, this role will ensure that AI capabilities are developed and deployed effectively, with a strong focus on stakeholder engagement, agile delivery, and continuous improvement.

Your Role Accountabilities :

Product Strategy & Vision (25%)

Define and maintain the strategic vision and roadmap for AI solutions within the ServiceNow platform.

Identify opportunities to embed AI across the ESM ecosystem to enhance automation, decision-making, and user experience.

Align AI product strategy with enterprise digital transformation goals and evolving business needs.

Stay informed on emerging AI trends and ServiceNow innovations to guide product direction.

Stakeholder Engagement & Business Alignment

Engage with business units to understand their challenges and translate them into actionable user stories and product requirements.

Act as the primary point of contact for AI-related initiatives, ensuring alignment between ESMO, ESME, and business stakeholders.

Facilitate regular feedback loops with stakeholders to validate priorities, share progress, and refine solutions.

Champion the value of AI across the organization, promoting adoption and understanding of platform capabilities.

Agile Product Delivery

Collaborate with Platform Engineering to prioritize and refine product backlogs for sprint planning.

Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of AI features by participating in agile ceremonies and coordinating across teams.

Lead backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and product demos to maintain transparency and momentum.

Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive iterative improvements.

Operational Excellence & Governance

Develop and maintain product governance practices to ensure consistency, scalability, and compliance across AI solutions.

Define and track KPIs to measure the impact and effectiveness of AI capabilities.

Support change management and enablement efforts to drive successful adoption of AI features.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance service delivery.

Qualifications & Experiences :

6+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise platforms, AI technologies, or digital transformation.

Proven experience delivering AI or automation solutions within ServiceNow or similar platforms.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, including Now Assist, Virtual Agents, Predictive Intelligence, and AI workflows.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience

Not Required but Preferred Experience :

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Application Developer.

Product Management certifications (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute).

Familiarity with ITIL and Agile methodologies.

Experience working in large, matrixed organizations or within the public sector.
