What You Will Be Doing
Manage a portfolio of assigned delinquent accountsContact debtors through phone, email, and written correspondence to negotiate payment arrangementsDocument all collection activities, ensuring compliance with client standards and federal regulationsProvide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concernsUtilize skip tracing tools to locate debtors with outdated or missing contact informationExperience You Will Need
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with professional communicationEffective verbal and written communication, including active listening and empathyAbility to manage difficult conversations with professionalism and composureDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsReliable and able to work flexible day, evening, and weekend hoursBasic computing skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in business preferred0-1 years of experience in collections or customer service (financial / credit industry preferred)Proficiency with collections software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of debt collection laws and compliance requirementsMust be able to obtain required collections license upon placementSkills :
