Job descriptionHigh school diploma or equivalent Data entry experience required Accounting experience preferred Intermediate computer skills. Experience with an ERP system such as Epicor Profit21 is preferred Ability to problem solve pay attention to detail and make decisions in order to efficiently resolve issues Excellent verbal and written communication skills Team player and positive attitude
Power / mation has an immediate opening for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Saint Paul Minnesota. This is a full-time direct hire position working Monday-Friday from approximately 7 : 30am-4 : 00pm (with some flexibility).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Processing invoices
- Working with vendors sales team and warehouse staff to resolve invoice issues
- Setting up vendors and assisting in the 1099 reporting process
- Participating in the weekly check run preparation
- Updating and maintaining Excel worksheets
- Filing
